All runners are highly advised to take the BUS from jbeil to selaata to avoid delays in arriving to the start line.

Cars / Taxis cannot reach the start line, they will have to park about 1KM away from the start line, so we highly suggest that you take the above option.

If a runner decides to drive / get dropped off, they will need to take the highway all the way to CHEKKA Tunnel and go down to Saydet el Nourieh Tunnel and arrive to the start line from Selaata area not from Batroun side.

BUS STICKER

  • ALL RUNNERS WILL HAVE A STICKER on their BIB Numbers for bus access
  • PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE IT AT ANY TIME to avoid usage of the bus based on the means of transportation you chose and paid for.

DRIVING TO JBEIL

If you are driving to Jbeil and need to park your car to take the bus, please use the below two parking locations available for ease of arrivals & time constraints;

RUNNERS MUST BE PRESENT IN THE BUSES’ PARKING NO LATER THAN 5.15 AM TO ENSURE THE BUS LEAVES ON TIME

DRIVING TO SELAATA

If you opted to drive to Selaata, please follow the ONLY ROUTE to arrive to the Start Line due to road closure;

  • Take the main highway all the way to CHEKKA TUNNEL
  • Take the seaside road towards SAYDET EL NOURIYEH TUNNEL
  • Drive all the way to Selaata to reach the closest point / or where the road is blocked
  • Park your car and you will need to walk around 1KM to arrive to the Start Line

* Kindly note that no access to the Start Line from Batroun Area / Seaside Road
* Also, no buses are available to take runners back from Jbeil to Selaata post race, so please make sure you have made the necessary arrangements to take you back to the start line.

TAKING THE BUS FROM BEIRUT TO SELAATA

If you are taking the BMA bus from Beirut to Selaata please follow the below instructions;

RUNNERS MUST BE PRESENT AT ZEITOUNAY BAY NO LATER THAN 4.30 AM TO ENSURE THE BUS LEAVES ON TIME

TAKING THE BUS FROM JBEIL TO BEIRUT POST RACE

If you are taking the BMA bus back from Jbeil to Beirut, please follow the below instructions;
